The exercises that we follow in gym class have come as a result of my multiannual dance experience.

They are exercises inspired by various methods (Feldenkrais, Alexander, Swedish gymnastics, pilates, diaphragmatic breathing, etc.). Exercises which helped me get over the various pains on the back, in the waist, or on the legs...

With a very important ally: the breath! Combining my breath properly with each exercise, I wake up my muscles to be oxygenated and act better. The body's reaction is immediate and very quickly I connect with my body and I feel my muscles working all day long.
